How MyVT works

Want to work with some of the best instructors in the world? You have come to the right place! Follow this handy 4 step guide on how to book sessions & make the most out of your next workout!

Step 1: Find your instructor

Start off by finding your ideal instructor. Use the search bar with our handy filters to narrow down by name, sport, interest or goal.

Step 2: Book your session

So you've found your instructor, now see what classes they offer. Fancy a 1 on 1 training session? Maybe a group class? Once you have found a session; select a time, book, pay and we will handle the rest!

Step 3: Train!

Once its time to train, go to the "Bookings" section of your account and join the video call to begin your session. To get the most out of your session, we recommend that your camera is positioned infront of you & you have enough space to work out. You'll also get an email reminder before your workout.

Step 4: Leave a review!

Had a killer session? Let everyone know! Make sure you leave your instructor a review and endorse their areas of expertise they have showcased.
